Riddhi Kapse appointed Business Intelligence Manager

Riddhi Kapse is joining Allianz Global Benefits as Business Intelligence Manager. In this role she will be responsible for the coordination of operations related to our Business Intelligence platforms in order to ensure smooth and consistent reporting to our clients. Based in Stuttgart, Riddhi will report to Natalia Dobrescu, Head of Data & Reporting. Riddhi has extensive experience with MicroStrategy as well as other BI reporting tools, having worked before as a Senior BI Consultant on various projects. Riddhi has a bachelor degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering as well as a master in Communication Engineering from G H Raisoni College of Engineering in Nagpur, India.

Bhupinder S. Kunwar appointed Head of IT & Digital Solutions

Bhupinder S. Kunwar has joined Allianz Global Benefits (AGB) as Head of IT & Digital Solutions. In this role he will be driving the design, integration and implementation of Allianz Global Benefits’ business development opportunities. Based in Munich, he reports to Katja Muench, Head of Corporate Functions. Bhupinder spent the past years of his career in the (corporate) start-up environment. Coming with 20 years of experience, he brings with him invaluable know-how in many areas including but not limited to insurance, IT visioning and architecture, software engineering, agile methods, and information security. Bhupinder holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.

Sebin Jose appointed Salesforce Manager

Sebin Jose has joined Allianz Global Benefits (AGB) as Salesforce Manager. In this role he will be analyzing the business requirements of the departments and implementing them as most efficient processes in Salesforce.com (SFDC). This includes the administration of SFDC as well as the support of the entire team in all matters relating to SFDC. Based in Munich, he reports to Katja Muench, Head of Corporate Functions. Sebin experienced Salesforce as a user, he invested his passion into becoming a product owner and experienced administrator over the course of 10 years. Among other projects, he led many CRM developments including automation-related optimizations in prior roles at FRAMOS and AstraZeneca. Sebin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce with a specialty in Computer Applications and a Master’s degree in Strategic Marketing & Finance.

Valentina Giraldo appointed Account Manager

Valentina Giraldo has joined Allianz Global Benefits (AGB) as Account Manager UK & Ireland. She will be responsible for relationship management and service delivery of our captive and other employee benefits programs for the UK based multinational clients and consultants as well as supporting the Regional Sales Director in business development activities. Based in London, she reports to Melanie Breyer, Head of Account Management. Valentina was working as Reinsurance & Reporting Analyst at Maxis Global Benefits Network, where she gained experience with international clients and network insurers, having also worked on the EB reporting side. Valentina holds a degree in Business Management from Jacksonville State University (USA).

Tin Tomic appointed Marketing & Proposition Promotion Manager

Tin Tomic is joining Allianz Global Benefits as Marketing & Proposition Promotion Manager. In this role he will be focusing on the development of marketing materials with regards to our integrated employee benefits offering for corporate clients, including the promotion of the Allianz Global Benefits Network’ local capabilities to the market. Based in Stuttgart, Tin will report to Melanie Liedtke, Head of Global Communications. He comes with two years of experience in marketing global employee benefits solutions from his time as working student in the global communication area at Allianz Global Benefits. Before joining Allianz, he worked as Marketing Manager at WIESHEU GmbH where he was responsible for the website content and social media. Tin holds a Bachelor degree in Business Administration Industry from Duale Hochschule Baden-Württemberg in Stuttgart and successfully completed the MBA Program for International Management at Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Umwelt Nürtingen-Geislingen (HfWU).

Denys Lenskyi appointed Digital Transformation Engineer

Denys Lenskyi has joined Allianz Global Benefits (AGB) as Digital Transformation Engineer. In this role, he is part of the Digital Solutions Team which drives the design and implementation of state-of-the-art digital solutions. Based out of Munich, he reports to the Head of Digital Solutions. Denys joined AGB with 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience, servicing clients around the world. He holds a Master’s degree in Renewable Sources of Energy from National Technical University of Ukraine while he also qualified in Software Engineering.

Isabelle Staack appointed Global Data Manager

Isabelle Staack has joined Allianz Global Benefits (AGB) as Global Data Manager. In this role she will be supporting the quarterly data collection, analysis and storage of data from our network insurers, as well as the processes to prepare the reports for our international clients. Based in Munich, she reports to Natalia Dobrescu, Head of Data & Reporting. Isabelle joined Allianz Global Benefits in May 2022 as intern for the Data & Reporting team, gaining initial experience in defining and translating global business requirements into data requirements. Isabelle holds a double major in Finance with focus in Corporate Finance and in Business Analytics and Information Systems at the University of South Florida.
