Allianz Leben achieves best score in study on stability of life insurance
A recent study by Hermann Weinmann, renowned economist and professor at the university for economy and society in Ludwigshafen, reveals a stable financial position of the 12 biggest German life insurers, with Allianz Lebensversicherung on top of the ranking.

Several media, including “Handelsblatt“ refer to the recent study on the stability of German life insurance which Weinmann conducts on a yearly basis. Allianz Lebensversicherung, market leader for life insurance in Germany, took the first place in the study’s ranking.
The company is the only insurer to receive the prestigious label “very strong economically” as well as the only insurer to receive the consumer score “very good" (1,0).
The following places were taken by Zurich Deutsche Herold, Axa Leben, Nürnberger Leben and Cosmos Leben.
