Frank Forster appointed MD and Chief Transformation Officer at Allianz Global Benefits
Allianz Global Benefits (AGB), the employee benefits network of Allianz Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Frank Forster as Managing Director and Chief Transformation Officer effective January 1, 2021 to further support future business growth.

As part of a wider investment in the growth of Allianz Global Benefits, Frank’s responsibility will include introducing new digital offerings to meet the growing demand of multinational corporate clients while implementing AGB’s holistic business model, organized as an employee benefits platform, to simplify and digitize the business.

Frank brings more than 20 years of experience in financial services and in driving change and digitization. He joined Allianz in 2011 after coming back home to Munich from Silicon Valley. He’s held a number of management roles within Allianz Group. His most recent as Head of Business Development for Allianz Direct.
